Third Party Instrument and Data System Support

Authorized support providers and authorized partners under agreement with Agilent can obtain support for the integration of third-party instrument drivers or data systems using the Support Center.

  • Support for third-party instrument drivers or data systems is available to Agilent authorized support providers and authorized partners only.
  • All support requests must be submitted through the Laboratory Informatics Support Center at https://servicedesk.li.agilent.com/support
  • Support is provided in English language only.
  • Support is only provided for instruments and data systems that are formally supported by both Agilent and the partner company.
  • When requesting support for third-party instrument or data system integration, select the Third Party Support department and then select the appropriate category to submit your request.
  • Please provide appropriate details about the configuration and issue when submitting your request.
NOTE: Third Party Instrument and Data System Support requests are normally addressed within 2-3 business days.
