The old Agilent Lab Informatics Customer Care Portal has been retired. Please use the following instructions to obtain software patches and updates.

Patches and Updates

Software patches and updates for OpenLab CDS and OpenLab DataStore are hosted on the Agilent SubscribeNet software distribution site. A separate login and an active Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) are required for this site.

Updates for legacy software that are in limited support are not currently available on SubscribeNet. Customers with active SMAs can submit a support request to obtain updates for legacy software products.
