Through this Support Center, our customers are able to open support requests, track the status and progress of those requests, search the various resources available, and catch up on news & notes regarding Agilent’s Suite of Informatics Products.  If you have been directed to this site after attempting to log into one of the other versions of the portal, please take a moment to bookmark this page.

Full Support Center access is provided exclusively to customers who have purchased active Lab Informatics Software Maintenance Agreements (SMA).  The products supported via this portal are the Client Server and Enterprise Software applications such as:

· OpenLab Instrument Control Module (ICM)

· OpenLab Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN)

· ChemStore

· OpenLab CDS (System Level)

 

How do I obtain support on workstation software or other products not listed?

For support on Agilent instruments, workstation software, or other products not listed above, including OpenLab CDS Workstations, EZChrom Workstation and ChemStation, please contact the local Sales and Support Center for your region, or click on the Workstation Support link on the left side of this page.

 

What if I do not have a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)?

Customers without active SMA’s may register in our support center, but privileges will be limited to submitting “best effort” support requests.  Non-SMA Customers will not be able to request priority assignment of their requests, and will be unable to track the status of those requests online.   Those privileges, among others, are limited to customers with active SMA’s.  If you would like more information on obtaining a SMA please email us at informatics_sma@agilent.com
